But what is exciting is the fact that we can customize the vehicles. Also the vehicles all seem to have certain areas that are articulated, such as hot streaks wheels, so it's less of an action figure and more of a real toy. I remember i used to have hot wheels cars which i could race and my grandma got me box of them one Christmas, i hope this game aims to replicate that. Also, what's the packaging like? Will the vehicles come with the superchargers? Will there be cores? Another good thing, though, is the fact that traps are still usable.

I don't have anything "official" to post so I'm still holding back on the leaks most have seen and a few other things...Although I did nail it that we'd have boats and planes as opposed to just cars! At the time I typed that Eurogamer hadn't blown out the cover art, lol.

That said, the cover art is sweet! It looks like Mad Max versions of Terrafin and Trigger Happy...I feel that it is part imagination at work and part, "How can we get the most people to buy a 3rd, 4th, or 5th character?" Reposes can only take you so far...radically changing the appearance of a character with tactical gear works for me...Have you seen Terrafin yet?! Freaking sweet!

Now picture Boomer rolling in with a bag of bombs over one shoulder and a tommy gun with grenades aimed, haha!

As for my take on what has been posted here already...I believe the vehicles will be cars, boats, planes etc...It is likely VV expanding what we saw in SWAP Force. None of that is based on anything official, since I have nothing...I do think it will be standard gameplay though.

I have always said I think there should be a stand alone kart racer game and a stand alone PvP game...I maintain that and think it would be smart for the series to do those things.

These are a few of the concepts I've run across over the years.
The only company I've seen in recent memory do anything significant like this was Apple. They reduced cost of one of their big new Operating Systems. I think people were willing to pay $129 and they reduced it to $29 (Or some such figures). That really surprised me!
I am hoping for no increase to be honest. As a matter of fact, I would also be very happy if they eliminated $14.99 gimick-lander pricing altogether. I understood paying more for the Giants.(lightcore tech) I also understand the Swappers.(Magnets, chip cost)
The Trap Masters had no added hardware cost. They were a bit bigger than standard, which I think was a mistake by the way. In short, they were not worth more than the core Skylanders.
If the vehicle(s) are substantially larger or have more hardware/components, I could see increased price. If they are roughly standard Skylander-sized vehicles, I will be annoyed at a cost more than the core Skylanders.
The Light/Dark Expansion packs have me a little worried as they were $5 more than the standard Adventure pack...As a precedence, I mean.
As long as they keep it reasonable, I'll work with them. (I wonder if they are going to try for some secondary market again...like the Traps? That got a bit thin for me too! :roll: )
