You could bring your series 2 and 3 characters from Swap Force into Giants to unlock or do their heroics. For example, I do not have a series 2 Trigger Happy, but I have the series 3 Big Bang Trigger Happy and he unlocked Trigger Happy's heroic challenge in Giants.

Just to clarify what was said by someone else above, do you mean previous stat boosts received from the heroic challenges do not carry over into Trap Team for other characters or specifically for Eon's Elite characters?

I can see how heroics wouldnt work in the next game. However I still think the stat boost from giants and SSA should carry over.

This is how it went down. Spyro's Adventure has it where Cali will offer Heroic Challenges to better enhance your Skylanders. It worked well with selling the Skylanders. Thus it was brought back in Giants where they boosted the total from 32 to 50. With 5 of them only being available if you owned the original Spyro's Adventure. After that time V.V. made Swap Force it was decided that they wanted to rework the whole system for how it handles damage. With it doing this it would greatly effect the game to how it was played. They knew that not having the stats would annoy people so they offered a minor stat boost to those that did it and created Heroics that gave HP boosts. In Trap Team none of the Heroics ever appear in the game.

The flaw in this is if they bring back Heroics in Skylanders 6. As I seriously doubt V.V. is going to do it for Skylanders 5. Some of them are difficult to obtain. The reason behind this was some upgrades make it almost impossible to get Heroics. Boomer and a few of the ones that become very powerful will do this.

Yeah that is a problem with some characters having AOE attacks such as zook with his shrapnel and other characters with attacks like that. However, by simply remaking the heroics so this is not a problem could be a solution. Or maybe instead of a heroic for each sky lander, why not make one for every element and make the mission slightly longer and so that being powerful is an advantage?

Have you ever found a glitch of sorts that allows a particular character/s to bypass, if you will, an obstacle?

I was playing with LC robot whom I have recently acquired and realised that his flying ability allows him to completed avoid Chef Pepperjacks lazers in his boss battle!

Yeah going in water was really cool! Kinda unfair on non-water/non-flying characters but still a nice mechanic of the game

Lol I guess your right! We portalmasters are pretty genius like that. Perhaps they could bring going in water back but also have other things that only certain s,ylanders can do. Like flyers could fly under the sky islands to find secret areas and characters that can go under ground can find secret caves.

On a side note, it looks like shroomboom is glitched again in TT
