Potential Merger: Console Social into Gaming

So, I am thinking of moving the Skylands Social console specific sections into the respective gaming sections (Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, etc). I would still leave the social tab for Twitter, YouTube, blogs, etc.

Any thoughts to prevent this? It would be way more streamlined AND not as many as I had hoped have thrown out contact info for the gamer tags anyway...might solicit more responses in the console gaming area.

I always viewed it more as a way to enhance gameplay than to socialize. To those who think otherwise, I don't think its too far of a stretch. Plus, not much specific traffic here. It can always be revisited if overall traffic increases and the demand goes up.
Matter of fact, now is a perfect time to tweak things like this…to try and consolidate and get the flow of the site closer to what you see as smooth. Soo…a big yes from my point of view.
