Ok...Took advantage of this deal prior to the Dark/Light/Next Wave release on Sunday.
Picked up 2 packs of Mini's, one being the Weeruptor/Smallfry mini pack! Nice!

I want her primarily as fodder to make a new custom I have in mind...My own Lightcore!!! We'll see.

They were also offering any basic core Giants Skylanders for $3.99. I never picked up standard Series 2 Hex as I knew we would be getting the Lightcore Version of her. But, now is the time and the deal to fill in that gap in the collection. Sorta of a HEX DAY! for me.


Anyway, picked up two Trap Masters I have been holding off on, Legendary Jawbreaker and Standard WildFire. We bought the Dark Edition so we only had the Dark Version of Wildfire.
That put us over the $29.99, so we got the free Hex.

Good call...Wildfire and Krypt King are likely the W1 duo that will be hard to find for awhile now...Always happens, it is why I tell people to buy what they want before Black Friday. A few that were once shelf fodder inevitably become hard to find for a few weeks-months and it then makes people panic and drive up prices, as well as clear out any isolated inventory to scalp. Then a few weeks later, they return, haha. But it does suck to catch the drought when and if you decide you would like said character.
