So, for those who haven't gone thoroughly over everything we know definitively 7 of the 8 returning Skylanders and in all likelihood the 8th.

Air: Hurricane Jet-Vac
Earth: Shark Shooter Terrafin
Fire: Eruptor
Life: Sure Shot Stealth Elf
Magic: Unknown, but likely Spyro given "textual" mention
Tech: Double Dare Trigger Happy
Undead: Rollerbrawl
Water: Deep Dive Gill Grunt

I saw the base plate rotation under the engine block that switches the figure from Skylander to Amiibo. Pretty simple.

Yeah, it is a shame the people in attendance can't get information on these fronts and other relatively elementary inquiries.

Maybe it is 8 Returning and 12 New for the "20" and then the Nintendo stuff is 21 and 22 respectively?

DarkSpyro is showing a Dark Element character called Nightfall with a Dark Element water vehicle called Sea Shadow.

The same character pic is being used on Dark Spyro. A few other random sources as well.
So while not 100% to me, it is pretty well substantiated.
