3DS/Wii version gameplay

Has anyone had the chance to play this version? I'm presently considering it's necessity based on playthrough. obviously it's necessary for Bowser an getting a sky vehicle wave one. can't say I like the Sky Slicer, BUT I may get it if the gameplay of 3DS/Wii is no good as it is a cheaper option.

I have them, I haven't started them yet tho. I think 1ofWiisdom is starting the Wii version soon tho.

I intend to get the intro gameplay up for the Wii version soon...just have to wrap up a few things on the main segment.
